Hamburgs famous Alster lake is just ten minutes walk away, central train station and downtown are only ten minutes away by car or underground/subway. Direct in tower complex are excellent amenities allowing you access no matter what the weather to a large shopping mall (aprox 150 shops), multiplex cinema, supermarket, gym, beach club (in summer only), casino, restaurants, parking and anything else you might need. Close by are three theatres, further restaurants, cocktail bars, pubs, Burger King, Subway, banks, ATM cash machines as well as a number of medical facilities.

A doorman (daily 4 -11 pm) will care for your security. Video-entrance-control. Monitored entrance viewable via own apartment-TV. Internet access with WIFI free of charge. All fees, taxes and other charges are already included in the rental costs.

Temporary living in a furnished apartment. No brokerage, no commission, no short-term stay. Rental costs depending on length of stay: the longer the booking the cheaper the rent.
The rental rate is based on one person including all fees, taxes or any other charges. 30 percent of the rental rate will be added for a second person. We also require a deposit of 250,- Euro per stay (to be returned). Payment in advance via bank transfer.
